What this site records when you visit, and what happens to anything you send us. socair.ai is run by Defilan Technologies LLC, a Washington State company, which makes Socair.

In short
- No cookies, and nothing stored in your browser.
- One analytics script, Plausible’s, which counts visits without identifying you.
- No advertising networks, no Google Analytics, and no social media pixels.
- The Socair software has no telemetry. It sends nothing to us.
Analytics
We count visits with Plausible Analytics, an open-source analytics service whose data is processed and stored in the EU. Its script loads on every page of this site. It sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
What it records
- The page you visit, and the site or campaign that sent you there.
- Your browser, operating system, and kind of device (desktop, mobile, or tablet).
- An approximate location (country, region, and city), worked out from your IP address.
- How far down a page you scroll and how long you spend on it, and, where we turn them on, clicks on links that leave the site and file downloads.
What it does not keep
- Your IP address or your browser’s user agent. Plausible uses them only to make a visitor identifier that changes every day, a hash with a salt it deletes every 24 hours, and never stores either one.
- Anything that follows you from one site to another, from one device to another, or from one day to the next.
- Your name, your email address, or any account.
Plausible’s data policy has the details. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies.
The site has no forms and no accounts. If you write to hello@socair.ai or security@socair.ai, we use your address and your message only to reply and to follow up on what you raised. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone else without your permission. A vulnerability report is handled as the security policy describes.
Hosting
Netlify hosts this site and serves every page over HTTPS. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and user agents, for security and to keep the site running. Netlify’s privacy policy covers those logs.
GitHub
Socair’s source, issues, and releases are on GitHub. When you download a release, or open an issue, a pull request, or a discussion, GitHub handles that under GitHub’s privacy statement.
The Socair software
This policy covers socair.ai. The Socair software you install has no telemetry: it reports
nothing about your scans, your reports, your models, or your use of it, to us or to anyone
else. It makes a network connection only where you point it, such as the model hub socair airlock pull downloads from, and it is built to run with no
network at all.
Your rights
Nothing this site records identifies you, so we hold no personal data from your visit to show you, correct, or delete. If you have written to us and want your messages deleted, write to hello@socair.ai and we will delete them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
